A police officer was hailed as a “hero” by a grateful mother after he saved her and her two children from their burning home in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
“Police are not trained in firefighting, but they do take an oath to serve and protect. And that is exactly what Officer Rogers did,” the Chattanooga Police Department said.
No injuries were reported.
